TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PRICES: Quotes are valid for 30 days from original quote date.  Prices are subject to change as determined by the golf course(s) and/or hotel(s).

2. DEPOSIT: A deposit in the amount of $50 per person per getaway is required to confirm your reservations.

3. BALANCE DUE: The balance for the entire getaway is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival. If balance of payments is not received as required, the reservation may be canceled. A $50 per person cancelation fee will be imposed. If your getaway is booked less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.

4. VOUCHERS:  All vouchers, maps, tee time, etc, will be delivered via email to the group leader at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If your getaway is booked less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and US currency in the form of money orders and cashier's checks. All payments are made payable to Michigan’s Central Swing.

6. CANCELATION AND REFUNDS: Any golf getaway may be canceled up to fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival. A $50 per-person cancelation fee will be imposed. Cancelations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival will be assessed 100% of all monies collected. All cancelations must be received in the Michigan’s Central Swing office in writing 48 hours after the initial notification by phone to receive any refund. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the getaway once any part is used.

7. CHANGE POLICY: Once tee time reservations have been confirmed, a $5 change fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selections change requested by the client. If vouchers have been issued, a $25 fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selection change requested by client. A new voucher will be issued upon surrender of old voucher.

8. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Defined as rain, lightning, freezing temperatures. If the golf course closes on the day of your scheduled play due to inclement weather, please have the golf professional at that course sign the unused voucher and fax a copy to Michigan’s Central Swing. Once a voucher is redeemed at the golf course, Michigan’s Central Swing guarantees full payment to the course. Please refer to the courses' inclement weather policy if play has already started.

9. UNLIMITED GREEN FEES: Golfers who want to take advantage of the unlimited green fees opportunity must arrange tee times at the time of booking.  Cart fees for unlimited green fees are included in the package price. This unlimited golf is only available at the same course on the same day.

10. REPLAY: Golfers who want to take advantage of the replay opportunity must arrange tee times at the time of booking and are subject to a non-refundable fee paid to Michigan’s Central Swing. This replay fee is only available at the same course on the same day.

11. DRESS CODE: Please contact desired golf course for their dress code. A Michigan’s Central Swing  representative may also help you with this information. Many courses are spikeless; all require shoes and shirts.

12. NON-GOLFING: riders will be charged a cart fee at the course.

13. RESPONSIBILITY: Michigan’s Central Swing is a program of the Mount Pleasant Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (MPACVB). The MPACVB cannot guarantee accuracy or be held responsible for omissions or errors. This information is subject to change without notice. Participants should note that the suppliers providing accommodations, and golfing are independent contractors, not agents or employees of the MPACVB. Moreover, by utilizing the services of Michigan’s Central Swing, both the suppliers and participants are agreeing that the MPACVB shall not be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to you in connection with any accommodations, golf courses or other services included in the getaway. MPACVB has added a surcharge to all getaways sold. All getaway vouchers expire December 1, 2009.
